Total Compensation:

Ranging from $37-$46/hour, our package encompasses both an hourly base (which is tiered according to the candidate's experience and competency) and a clinician-designed bonus for bi-weekly rewards from client engagement and caseload.

We're seeking a proficient occupational therapist who excels in:

  • Conducting comprehensive occupational therapy assessments
  • Providing individualized therapy sessions with a personal touch
  • Offering guidance, training, and support to staff and parents on occupational therapy matters
  • Contributing to the development of Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborating effectively with diverse teams to ensure consistent interventions
  • Providing mentorship and supervision to occupational therapy students

Onboarding Process:

We're committed to your success and provide a comprehensive onboarding process, including:

  • Orientation to our organizational culture, values, policies, and administrative tasks
  • Training sessions for skill development and practice with tools, software, and evidence-based practices
  • Case reviews and clinical coaching for current clients and interventions
  • Team integration and regular check-ins with interdisciplinary teams
  • Shadowing and observation of client sessions and mentorship from experienced occupational therapists
  • Feedback and evaluation sessions with supervisors on integration and performance
  • Access to materials, research, and in-house tools

Requirements:

We're looking for a skilled occupational therapist with a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, current licensure, and registration with the American Occupational Therapy Association and licensure in the applicable state.
