Position Summary:

The Logistics Coordinator will provide essential administrative support for the shipping operations at our warehouse. This role involves maintaining various records and reports, as well as entering data into SAP and Locator systems under the guidance of the Warehouse Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize the daily shipping and receiving schedule based on available resources and established timelines.
  • Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to arrange pickup appointments, monitor shipment statuses, and resolve any shipping-related issues.
  • Generate picking documents for warehouse staff while ensuring the proper rotation of materials, prioritizing daily tasks to meet inbound and outbound deadlines.
  • Assist management in developing work schedules for warehouse personnel based on anticipated workloads and arrange transportation for outgoing shipments as necessary.
  • Accurately post completed shipments in a timely manner, generate shipping documents, and receive incoming materials into SAP.
  • Collaborate with planners to log and track shortages related to customer orders.
  • Provide basic SAP support for warehouse staff, including printing labels and documents, and addressing discrepancies or errors.
  • Monitor and report internal damages and damages incurred during transit. Assist in maintaining inventory control.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse documentation, including shipping and receiving records.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in PC systems and applications, with SAP experience preferred.
  • High level of accuracy and speed in data entry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction.
