Key Responsibilities- Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care to patients
- Advocate for patients to ensure an unparalleled patient experience
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and family members
- Implement medically prescribed interventions to promote patient well-being
- Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program with a completion deadline of 5 years from hire date
- One year of hospital nursing experience
- BLS Healthcare Provider certification
- Preferred: National Certification in area of specialty
