Job Summary:

The Service Consultant will be responsible for reviewing vehicle inspections and estimates, determining necessary maintenance, and communicating effectively with customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Review vehicle inspections and estimates to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  2. Determine and recommend necessary maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and history.
  3. Prepare detailed estimates of cost for labor and parts.
  4. Communicate with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
  5. Verify invoices reconcile with work performed.
  6. Explain completed work and charges to customers.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • GM experience preferred but not required.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, medical, dental, and vision coverage after 2 months, paid vacation, and 401(k) matching.
