Key Responsibilities

In addition to adhering to Epson's policies and procedures, you will be tasked with the following:

  • Conduct repairs on units under direct or limited supervision from management, following written work instructions
  • Examine a unit's inner and outer casing to assess repairable versus non-repairable damage
  • Interpret and follow written technical service procedures to evaluate unit performance
  • Inspect and accurately assess test prints or images
  • Execute firmware upgrades
  • Perform final testing to verify repair outcomes
  • Utilize diagnostic programs
  • Carry out data entry tasks using available reporting systems
  • Complete assigned work while maintaining efficiency, yield, and quality standards
  • Accurately maintain electronic and paper records
  • Support depot operations by executing additional duties as assigned by management

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $17.00 and $18.00/hr. Please note that this position's salary range may encompass multiple levels. The actual base is influenced by various factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be adjusted in the future.
