We are seeking a highly skilled Phlebotomy Specialist to join our clinical services team at Luxor Scientific LLC.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage specimen collection supplies and assemble test requisition data into the laboratory information system.
- Assist patients and/or client staff in the collection of specimens, preparing and shipping them to the laboratory for testing.
- Print and deliver test results to clients while adhering to federal regulations and company guidelines.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One year of experience as a specimen collector in a physician practice, medical clinic, or hospital setting.
- BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF MEDICAL TERMINOLOGY AND COMPUTER SKILLS REQUIRED.
