Spanish Professor

We are seeking a highly qualified Spanish Language Instructor to join our team at InsideHigherEd. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching lower- and upper-division courses in Spanish language and culture, creating a student-centered learning environment that fosters academic and personal growth.

• Teach Spanish language and culture courses to students at various levels
• Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with departmental and institutional goals
• Assess student learning and provide feedback to improve student outcomes
• Stay current with developments in the field of Spanish language and culture

• Masters degree in Spanish or a related field
• Native or near-native fluency in Spanish
• Experience teaching college-level Spanish courses
• Ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff

• Terminal degree in Spanish or a related field
• Established research credentials in Spanish language and culture
• Experience teaching Spanish for the professions
