We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist ARRT to join our team at HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood. As a key member of our imaging department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Obtain high-quality diagnostic images using various imaging modalities, including x-ray, fluoroscopy, and CT scans.
- Scan labels and document patient information accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve quality assurance issues in a timely manner to ensure optimal image quality.
- Release images to radiologists in a timely manner to facilitate prompt diagnosis and treatment.
- Verify orders and enter them accurately to ensure patient safety and efficient workflow.
- Transport patients as needed to ensure seamless care.
- Graduate of an accredited or registered School of Radiology.
- Current registration with A.R.R.T.(R) is required.
- Current certification with the Texas Department of Health (CMRT) is required.
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification is required.
- One year of previous experience in a hospital environment is preferred.
HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood is a 420+ bed acute care hospital that has provided high-quality, cost-effective healthcare to the northeast Houston community for over 25 years. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive, quality care, close to home. Our Women's Center offers high-risk OB care, a Level III NICU, and pediatric services. We have an advanced Brain & Spine Center, which includes a DNV Comprehensive Stroke Center and the Sleep Center of Excellence. Our Orthopedic Center offers total joint replacement surgery using advanced technology. Other services include innovative and customized cardiovascular services, including open heart and vascular surgery and state-of-the-art imaging and endoscopy services for more accurate diagnosis and treatment plans.
