We are currently hiring evening baristas for our coffee shop in Miami. As a barista at Acrc Miami, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers and exceed their expectations
  • Take orders and process sales
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages
  • Develop and maintain barista skills and assist in training new hires
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment and equipment
  • Restock inventory and communicate store needs
  • Ensure food safety standards are met
  • Recommend product and process improvements

Requirements

  • Previous coffee shop experience is a plus, but not required
  • Availability to work evening shifts, including weekends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of coffee and willingness to learn
