We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiology team at PIH Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients with cardiac conditions, including arrhythmias, heart failure, and coronary artery disease.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, including IV and PO medications.
- Conduct patient evaluations, physical assessments, and interviews to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in California.
- BCLS and ACLS certification.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a Cardiovascular unit.
- Demonstrated teaching ability in a formal and/or informal setting.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Two-year experience in the ICU.
