Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, configure, and optimize Zoho One applications to ensure seamless integration and functionality across all platforms.
  • Configure and customize Zoho applications to align with business processes, including module customization, workflow automation, blueprint creation, and data management.
  • Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reports in Zoho Analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Design and implement automated workflows and blueprints to enhance efficiency and ensure consistency across processes.
  • Work closely with department head and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical configurations, workflows, and reports within Zoho applications.
Requirements:
  • Strong expertise in Zoho One products, including Zoho CRM, Desk, Sign, Projects, Sprints, Analytics, Billing, Inventory, Books, and other related applications.
  • Experience with other CRM and ERP platforms, programming languages, and working with databases.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Zoho ecosystem.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in configurations, workflows, and reports.
Education:
  • Required bachelor's degree in a technical/analytical field in addition to relevant work experience.
  • Zoho Certified Administrator or Developer is a plus.
Years of Experience:
  • Level 1; 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
