The Registered Nurse is responsible for planning, coordinating, delivering, and overseeing nursing care, services, and health education for residents.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise the care and services provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members caring for residents.
2. Assess residents' health and communicate any changes to the physician.
3. Develop individualized care plans based on assessments and implement nursing interventions to stabilize conditions and prevent complications.
4. Contribute to resident assessments (MDS/CAA's) and the development of care plans.

Experience: 1-3 years in a long-term care environment preferred.
