As a Seasonal Tax Preparer at Walmart, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, assisting clients with their tax preparation needs. This role is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, enjoy working independently, and are able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with tax preparation, including one-on-one interviews and walk-in support
- Proactively engage with Walmart customers and employees to promote tax preparation services
- Complete tax preparation training and demonstrate a willingness to learn
- Utilize basic computer skills to prepare taxes
- Work collaboratively with a team of tax preparers to ensure excellent customer service
