About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Career Tree Network. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions to patients, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques to promote optimal recovery and outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patient goals, medical history, and physical abilities.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants to ensure comprehensive patient care and coordination.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care and coordination.
Requirements
  • Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).
  • Eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Full-time availability preferred, but candidates with 32+ hours of availability will also be considered.
  • Prior experience is not required, as we welcome new graduates and experienced Physical Therapists alike.
