Job Summary:
The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with the healthcare team, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient information.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
- Experience in emergency nursing or critical care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
