Alanos Eatery is seeking a passionate Coffee Connoisseur to join our team in the Dearborn location.

This role involves preparing a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and shakes, as well as offering expert recommendations on menu items.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve: Prepare customized orders, including coffee, blended coffee, and tea, while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Sell: Describe product details, answer questions about dietary needs or allergies, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Clean and stock: Ensure workstations are stocked with necessary products, clean and sanitize all areas, and maintain a safe environment.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to follow safe food handling procedures and sanitation practices
  • Good memory for managing multiple orders and recalling frequent patrons' preferences
  • Ability to serve customers quickly, efficiently, and kindly
  • Ability to lift 15 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays

Estimated Salary: $18 - $22 per hour
