Radiologist Leader

UM Shore Regional Health is seeking a full-time Radiologist to lead a well-established Radiology group in Easton, MD. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in Diagnostic Imaging, Radiology, and a desire to develop and utilize management and leadership skills.

• Provide direct patient care in an ambulatory setting, with approximately 75% of time devoted to clinical activities.
• Devote approximately 25% time to serving as the Executive Physician to the employed group, defining, planning, developing, implementing, and overseeing clinical programs and systems.
• Collaborate with Director of Operations to focus on practitioner relations and performance, and lead the vision and evolution of the company's clinical and digital care management offerings.
• Utilize market data, consumer research, and patient analytics to spearhead new approaches to effective clinical delivery services, including the introduction of new technology and integrated paths.
• Participate in the strategic planning for UM SRMC clinical and digital care management strategy, and provide strategic guidance of utilization management and medical policy programs/areas as necessary.

• Completed US-based residency program in Diagnostic Imaging, Radiology.
• Board certification as an MD or DO with a current unrestricted state license to practice medicine.
• 5+ years clinical practice beyond residency/fellowship.
• 5+ years experience in managed care.
• MBA or advanced degree in healthcare-related discipline preferred.
