From the initial concept phase to the final submission of plans, you will be engaged in all project stages, ensuring smooth integration and optimal outcomes.

- You will serve as the Design Lead and/or oversee all project components, including design and field assessments during both design and construction phases.
- You will manage your own projects while also supporting colleagues with their tasks in our collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Design Lead and/or Project Manager for all aspects of Civil/Site Development Design projects:
- Collaborate with teams and clients to gather data, conduct technical analyses, and prepare necessary permitting and construction documentation, specifications, and quality control plans.
- Create Concept, Layout, Preliminary, and Final Engineering Plans.
- Develop and/or supervise the creation of erosion/sediment control plans and utility relocation strategies.
- Manage the submission of permit applications.
- Oversee and serve as the technical authority on site layout, utility and grading plans, stormwater analyses, and site development permits.
- Conduct and/or supervise civil engineering analyses and numerical evaluations using various software tools.
- Assess hydrology, perform hydraulic/drainage calculations, develop SWPPPs, and secure NDPES permits.
- Engage in hands-on field observation and inspection of construction activities, particularly focusing on problem-solving scenarios.
- Maintain communication with clients regarding deliverables.
- Prepare and/or oversee project proposals and construction cost estimates.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality assurance.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Comprehensive understanding of Civil Engineering principles and Project Management.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D for various Civil/Site Design projects.
- Exceptional customer service skills, high professionalism, and comfort in client interactions.
- Able to manage multiple projects while maintaining a focus on quality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team-oriented with a reliable and punctual work ethic.
- Quality-minded and client-focused.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Civil/Site Design.
- PE credentialing is mandatory.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
