About the Role

Achieving True Self is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavior Consultant (BC) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BC/BCBA, you will play a critical role in delivering evidence-based treatment to our young clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide training and supervision to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure exceptional clinical outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans that promote skill transfer and generalization.
  • Monitor and evaluate treatment progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners to ensure a seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field and Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
