About the Role

As a Software Engineer on the App Intents and Core Capabilities team at Apple, you will be responsible for designing and developing new features and APIs within the App Intents framework. This includes building foundational tools that developers both within and outside of Apple will use to ship innovative products and experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new features and APIs within the App Intents framework.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable and maintainable software solutions.
  • Work closely with engineers and designers to craft elegant and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Contribute to the development of system-wide UIs and experiences deeply integrated with App Intents.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience developing software and applications in Objective-C or Swift.
  • Familiarity with essential software development tools (Xcode, lldb, Instruments, git).
  • Experience designing clean, well-abstracted interfaces between software components or libraries.
