Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with referring agencies, school systems, community agencies, and the juvenile court system to assist in the development of a service plan for the child and family.
  • Ensure that the appropriate services are being delivered to the children under our care.
  • Participate in individual supervision, clinic meetings, administrative staff meetings, and in-service activities.
  • Maintain a medical record for each client, which includes diagnostic interview notes, progress notes, transfer summaries, and treatment plans.
  • Participate in the field instruction program and supervise social work trainees, as well as participate in community activities related to the needs of traumatized children and their families.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Clinical Social Work experience
  • Diagnosis and treatment skills
  • Service plan development skills
  • Record keeping skills
