At Spectrum, we're looking for a skilled Retail Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth. As a key member of our retail sales team, you'll inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with peers to build strong relationships, share best practices, and drive business results.
  • Implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of sales and customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Intermediate knowledge of software programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, auto insurance, and reliable personal vehicle.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years of management experience, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Telecommunications or wireless experience, preferably in a leadership role.
