RN - Inpatient Rehabilitation Specialist

As a Registered Nurse at Encompass Health, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients. Key Responsibilities:- Supervise care and treatments, leading patient assessments and creating personalized plans of care
- Help patients by targeting their concerns and offering the best solutions
- View each patient with empathy, listen to their stories, and get to know their physical, mental, and emotional needs
- See patients progress due to the effort you and your team put forth each day
- Current RN licensure appropriate to state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One or more years of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting preferred
