Job Summary

Penn State Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Case Manager in our Behavioral Health department. Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure effective care coordination
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Providing education and support to patients and families
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in case management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate care and support to patients and families

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this position is $63,000 - $75,000 per year, based on location and experience. However, actual salaries may vary depending on factors such as qualifications, performance, and market conditions.
