Shipping Coordinator

This role involves handling the shipment of finished products, ensuring proper accountability and quality control before loading onto trucks. The ideal candidate will participate in risk assessments, maintain a high attendance record, and work overtime and nights, including a 12/2 schedule.

• Safely load/unload trailers, ensuring weight distribution and load integrity.
• Operate shipping equipment, including forklifts with various attachments.
• Navigate and follow instructions through the warehouse management system.
• Prepare products for shipment, including case-picking and label placement.
• Participate in shift handover meetings and continuous improvement activities.

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 1 year forklift experience required
