About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our GTM Finance team at ServiceNow. As a key member of our finance organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Contribute to the development of the annual operating plan, budgeting, and quarterly forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial planning and analysis.
  2. Financial Reporting and Analysis: Partner with various finance teams to manage and consolidate Sales headcount and Opex, and work with Finance and Accounting to track financial results vs. budget and complete month-end accruals and reclasses.
  3. Business Insights and Recommendations: Analyze financial results and communicate important messages to senior management to optimize performance and drive business growth.
  4. Process Improvement: Refine FP&A processes to improve forecast accuracy and completion time, and support the Sales organization with financial insights and development of performance metrics and reporting.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with experience in developing and managing financial models and forecasts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial results and insights to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop recommendations for business improvement.
