About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Bridal Fashion Expert to join our team at EllaZ Bridal. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales.

Your duties will include conducting wedding gown appointments, suggesting styles, and enhancing the shopping experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the store and assisting with events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting wedding gown appointments and identifying client needs
  • Creating a positive and engaging shopping environment
  • Performing daily tasks, including greeting customers, answering phones, and scheduling appointments
  • Maintaining store appearance and assisting with events
  • Processing sales and achieving targets
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues

Requirements:

  • Retail experience preferred
  • Bridal experience an asset
  • Excellent customer service skills required

Benefits:

Compensation:$13-$15 per hour, plus commission pay
