Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including footwear and apparel technology
  • Recommend and select merchandise based on customer needs, driving sales growth and increasing customer satisfaction
  • Maintain store appearance, including straightening, sizing, and refolding merchandise
  • Support the processing of shipments and merchandise, including sensoring, repricing, and filling the sales floor
  • Retrieve product from the floor, back-stock, and up-stock using provided equipment
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance
  • Knowledge of basic mathematics, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication, and their applications
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees, with excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • High sense of urgency, with the ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime
  • Ability to travel to assigned store, with own transportation methods
Working Conditions

This role requires working in an indoor retail environment, with moderate noise levels and a clean, orderly, and properly lit and ventilated workspace.
