Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including tracking vital signs, administering medications, and monitoring health concerns
- Conduct intakes, document medical history, and review resident charts
- Assist with the cultivation of a safe and comfortable facility environment
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Participate in IV set up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
- Current Rhode Island state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Completion of an approved LPN educational program
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN or in a related role
- Competitive hourly pay rate of up to $79
