  2. Treatment Planning and Intervention:
    • Create personalized treatment strategies based on evaluation results, individual objectives, and medical background.
    • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing communication abilities, including articulation, fluency, voice modulation, and both language comprehension and expression.
    • Address swallowing difficulties through specialized therapeutic exercises and techniques.
  3. Therapy Sessions:
    • Facilitate therapy sessions for clients across various age groups.
    • Utilize a range of therapeutic methods and modalities to cater to the unique needs of each client.
    • Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to meet therapeutic objectives.
  4. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Keep precise and comprehensive records of evaluations, therapy sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans.
    • Draft written reports and documentation for clients, families, referring healthcare providers, and other educational professionals as required.
  5. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work alongside interdisciplinary team members, including healthcare providers, educators, occupational therapists, and other professionals, to ensure cohesive care.
    • Effectively communicate with clients, families, and caregivers to inform them about communication disorders and engage them in the therapeutic process.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.
  • Prior experience as an SLP in clinical, educational, or healthcare environments.
  • Strong clinical expertise and understanding of evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
