New Grad RN and Externship Programs

We are currently recruiting for Fall and Winter 2024 graduates to join our supportive community of clinical educators, experienced nurses, and fellow residents. Our new grad program promotes learning with hands-on experience to help establish valuable clinical and critical thinking skills for your transition from student to RN.

Job Responsibilities

As a new grad RN, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide safe and competent patient care. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing direct nursing care to assigned patients, and supervising staff to which nursing care is appropriately delegated.

Onboarding Process

Please be advised that candidates must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment health screening which includes a drug screen.

Education and Certifications

Required: Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school, or currently enrolled in nursing school with a graduation date within the next 12 months. Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy; CPR.
