Overview: As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of individualized care plans. Salary and Benefits: This full-time position offers an estimated annual salary of $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the nursing process to deliver and manage patient care from admission to discharge, tailored to the developmental age of the patient population.
  • Perform patient assessments and reassessments according to standard procedure.
  • Develop and coordinate individualized care plans, including discharge planning.
  • Direct, supervise, coordinate, and evaluate nursing care within assigned clinical settings.
  • Delegate tasks appropriately based on job description and competency level.
  • Document patient care according to standard procedure.
  • Develop, implement, and document education plans for patients, families, and significant others.

Required Qualifications:

  • Current Massachusetts licensure and registration as a registered nurse.
  • Completion of an accredited school of nursing program.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, unless Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is current, along with any unit-specific certifications and competencies.

Department-Specific Competencies: Department-specific competencies and their measurements will be developed and maintained in the individual departments. Responsible managers will review competencies with position incumbents.

Physical Demands and Environmental Conditions: Work is considered medium, requiring work indoors in a normal patient care environment.
