We are seeking a skilled Dining Room Supervisor to join our team at Covenant Living Communities. As a key member of our dining services team, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and efficient dining experience for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and schedule dining room staff, including wait staff, attendants, and dishwashers, to ensure seamless service.
- Collaborate with the Dining Services Director to hire, evaluate, and train dining room staff.
- Direct the orientation and training of new staff members.
- Assign duties to staff as needed and maintain awareness of service flow to ensure even seating.
- Monitor service quality and provide input to the director on resident meal service, satisfaction, and guest meal reservations.
- Coordinate resident meal requests, record reservations, and plan seating arrangements.
- Enter billing information into the Horizon point of service system.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; prior experience in dining services preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to supervise and direct others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Minimum age 18.
