Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Diagnostic Medical Sonographer PRN to join our team. As a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, you will perform duties directly involved in a variety of technical procedures for the purpose of detecting pathology. You will operate the ultrasound equipment and send images to PACS, assisting in the daily operation of the Radiology Department.

Responsibilities
  • Perform technical procedures for detecting pathology using ultrasound equipment
  • Operate ultrasound equipment and send images to PACS
  • Assist in the daily operation of the Radiology Department
  • May be required to work at HCA Florida Ocala Hospital, HCA West Marion Hospital, or The Free Standing Emergency Departments
Requirements
  • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
  • Associate Degree, or Vocational School Graduate in Diagnostic Sonography
