The primary duties of this position include:

  • Arranging cardboard boxes and pallets systematically
  • Transporting materials throughout the warehouse, including tasks such as shrink wrapping, boxing, and labeling
  • Employing electronic scanning tools to track inventory using our warehouse management system
  • Conducting quality assurance checks
  • Maintaining accurate daily logs
  • Compiling customer orders from inventory and preparing them for distribution
  • Weighing or counting items to verify compliance with company standards
  • Inputting data into computer systems
  • Keeping inventory records up to date
  • Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and various warehouse machinery as required
  • Assisting with additional projects and tasks as directed by management
Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • Previous forklift certification is advantageous
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint is preferred
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to proprietary software is necessary
  • Flexibility to work overtime is preferred
  • Ability to operate in non-climate controlled environments
  • Consistent and reliable attendance is crucial for this role
Physical Requirements:

Applicants should be prepared to:

  • Comprehend and retain specific instructions and guidelines
  • Engage in frequent movement, including standing, walking, and sitting
  • Utilize hands for handling and reaching
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs (45 kg)
