Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cherry Picker Operator to join our WORKFORCE team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently unloading pallets, receiving and labeling products, and moving inventory to stock locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload pallets and floor-loaded inbound containers
  • Accurately receive and label products using Warehouse Management System (WMS) and handheld RF equipment
  • Safely move products to inventory stock locations using handheld RF equipment
  • Move products from reserve to picking locations while meeting productivity and efficiency standards
  • Accurately read and apply picking labels to cases from stock locations for outbound orders
  • Safely move products from inventory stock locations to staging lanes or conveyor induct stations
  • Follow RF or voice-directed picking instructions and select required products/quantities
  • Participate in physical inventory counting and maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Report breakage to supervisor and maintain productivity and quality standards
  • Follow safety policies and procedures and communicate hazards to manager
  • Arrive on time for work, meetings, and other work-related functions
  • Meet established goals and objectives
Working Conditions

Warehouse environment with potential exposure to loud noise, temperature extremes, and weather conditions

Equipment and Machinery Used

Pallet jack, forklift, cherry picker, reach truck, RF device, voice pick system, time clock, and office equipment

Physical Requirements

Manual dexterity, visual acuity, reaching, bending, sitting, standing, frequent lifting and moving up to 50 pounds
