About the Role

The Site Director is a key leadership position at KinderCare Education, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our educational programs. This role requires a strong passion for early childhood education, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with families, teachers, and community partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of educators to create engaging and effective learning experiences for children
  • Ensure compliance with educational standards, licensing requirements, and safety protocols
  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit and retain high-quality teachers and staff
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families, teachers, and community partners to promote a culture of excellence and collaboration
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of experience in early childhood education, with a strong background in program leadership or management
  • Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
