The Director of Medical Simulation will be responsible for leading our simulation education program, working closely with our medical director, associate directors, and administrative team to develop and implement strategic plans.
Key Responsibilities- Program Development: Design and deliver simulation-based educational programs that improve clinical practice and patient outcomes, aligned with our organization's goals.
- Collaboration: Foster productive relationships with administrators, faculty, staff, and learners within UMMC and UMB and the VA to enhance collaboration and support for our program's initiatives.
- Evaluation: Develop and implement evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of our simulation programs, including feedback mechanisms, performance metrics, and outcome measures.
- Budget Management: Manage the program's budget, resources, and scheduling to maximize utilization and effectiveness.
