  • Collaborate with IT teams to install, update, configure, and monitor applications and systems.

  • Lead crisis management calls and communicate updates to users, supervisors, and management to maintain transparency.
  • Act as a bridge between IT and business units for assigned applications and systems to facilitate effective collaboration.
  • Offer technical guidance and basic training to business units as required to enhance their technical capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with application licensing and coordinate licensing programs with vendors to maintain regulatory adherence.
  • Develop and maintain established processes for application support to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participate in or lead project teams to help achieve project objectives and drive business outcomes.

Education & Experience

  • A bachelor's degree or four to six years of relevant experience; a combination of education and experience may be acceptable.
  • Familiarity with Office 365, MEMCM, and the Microsoft Stack is required.
  • Experience with Intune deployment and management is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of security practices is essential to ensure the integrity of business systems.
