About the BCBA Role:

  • Create personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each child.
  • Mentor and support a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to deliver exceptional care.
  • Work closely with parents and families to provide guidance and support throughout the therapy process.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure comprehensive care and maximize outcomes.
