Sleep Technologist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Polysomnographic Technologist to join our team at Copley Hospital. As a Polysomnographic Technologist, you will be responsible for conducting diagnostic sleep studies in a hospital-based sleep lab.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for sleep studies, monitor patients during data acquisition, and attend to their needs.
• Properly size patients for CPAP masks and deliver a desired positive airway pressure to treat sleep apnea.
• Work collaboratively with the Respiratory Therapy manager and Sleep Lab Director to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

• Less than 1 year of experience in a sleep lab setting.
• Ability to work nights and maintain a high level of concentration during nocturnal sleep studies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
