Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Bernard Nickels & Associates. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our new construction project in Frankfort, IN.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the Mechanical and Electrical systems installation, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Take over leadership of the project, ensuring continuity and progress, and utilizing MS Project and Procore to track construction activities and project schedules.
  • Coordinate with various teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful completion of project tasks.
  • Monitor the steel installation and ensure that all work meets safety and quality standards.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on the progress of the project.

Requirements:

  • OSHA 30 certification is required to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Strong experience using MS Project and Procore for tracking construction activities and project schedules.
  • Previous experience managing Mechanical and Electrical systems in new construction projects.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to take over a project in progress.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
