Warehouse Coordinator

Advance Services Inc is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload and receive incoming shipments, checking for damage and discrepancies
• Accurately sort, label, and store inventory, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Issue inventory to site employees, documenting and maintaining accurate records
• Enter data into a database or computerized system to maintain up-to-date stock records
• Assist with inventory level maintenance, performing cycle counts and preparing report results

Requirements:

• 3+ months relevant experience and/or training
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency, with preferred technical skills including MS-Office products and Vista
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and be self-motivated to accomplish assigned tasks and goals

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• May be required to wear various forms of protective equipment
• May be required to pass equipment certifications
• Assigned work shifts may vary and/or rotate
• Overtime may be required, with extended day, evening, and weekend work possible
