Your Role: As an Emergency Department RN, you will provide direct nursing care in alignment with established policies and protocols. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing, planning, and evaluating patient care needs.
- Prioritizing care based on patient acuity and available resources.
- Coordinating multidisciplinary efforts for well-coordinated patient care.
- Assessing and managing discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
- Delivering age and culturally appropriate care.
- Mentoring and orienting new staff members.
- Adhering to Standard Precautions and utilizing personal protective equipment as necessary.
Qualifications: Candidates must be graduates from an accredited School of Nursing with one to three years of experience in the Emergency Room setting.
