Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement store layouts that meet business objectives and enhance the customer and associate experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Store Planning Management, Design, and Construction, to develop solutions for non-prototypical stores.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of retail store operations, building architecture, construction procedures, and related codes.
  • Troubleshoot site-specific challenges and develop creative solutions to resolve problems.
  • Ensure timely and accurate distribution and archiving of drawings and project data.
  • Assist in training and providing technical guidance to Store Planners and outside consultants.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of related planning experience, preferably in retail design, store planning, interior design, or architecture.
  • Working knowledge of REVIT and ACAD/AUTOCAD.
  • Strong understanding of retail store operations, building architecture, construction procedures, and related codes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task while remaining flexible.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Retail store and fixture layout experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
