Ecologist Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Watershed Scientist/Ecologist to join our team in Colorado Springs, Denver or Phoenix. As an employee-owned company, we value diversity, respect, and excellence.

The successful candidate will have expertise in wildfire management planning, fuels/vegetation management, and current research applications. Experience with urban forestry, watershed management, or urban wildlife management is highly desirable.

• Maintain project scope, schedule, and budget for various projects including pre-fire planning, post-fire restoration, and park design.
• Work closely with ecologists, scientists, engineers, planners, and landscape architects on ecological resource projects.

Competencies:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database creation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
