Overview

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Incredible Health. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac rhythm interpretation, and other advanced nursing care practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor vital signs, IV drips, and other key indicators to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Administer medications and implement complex treatment plans according to medical orders.
  • Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families on managing acute or chronic conditions, including proper equipment use such as BiPAP/CPAP/Home Oxygen and vital sign or blood sugar monitors.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records, adhering to hospital and departmental policies and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree (ADN) or above in nursing.
  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
  • 1 year experience in stepdown/progressive, neurology, cardiac, or another medium to high acuity setting preferred.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications from the American Heart Association.
  • Strong skills in electronic medical record systems.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $77,450 to $129,350 per year, depending on experience.
