Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive base salary of $85,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, time-off benefits, EAP, 401K, and commuter benefits.
Job Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse Triage, you will be responsible for:
- Working closely with physicians, NPs, and PAs to coordinate patient care.
- Handling incoming sick patient phone calls and responding to patient portal messages.
- Making appointments, authorizing prescriptions, and notifying patients of results.
- Logging procedures and act on orders, ensuring pathology reports are received.
- Prescription refills: reviewing charts, scheduling appointments if needed, and sending to providers for authorization.
Required Qualifications and Experience
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- An active RN license in the state of NY.
- BCLS/ACLS preferred.
- Minimum one year of office medical experience.
