About the Role:
This position involves providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting, with a focus on the Hispanic population. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to community-based care and be fluent in Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Conduct thorough physical exams, take medical histories, and order diagnostic tests as needed.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working closely with patients and their families to achieve optimal health outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a primary care setting.
- Clear and active license in the State of North Carolina.
- Bilingual (fluent Spanish) required.
- Desired skills: joint injections, minor surgeries, minor urgent care, incisions, etc.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $100,000 and up, based on experience.
- Profit sharing ( $15,000 to $20,000 annually).
- Health, vision, and dental insurance – employer pays 85% ($100 per month).
- Retirement package – 401(K) with 4% match.
- Loan repayment – $350 a month.
- Paid time off (15 days) and 3 weeks of vacation.
- CME time off – 5 days off and $1,500 allowance.
