SRS Medical is dedicated to enhancing urologic care through innovative and effective technologies that utilize bladder function to manage clinical pathways for patients experiencing Benign Prostate Hyperplasia (BPH). Our distinctive diagnostics and therapeutic solutions empower leading urology practices to provide optimal care at the right time throughout the BPH disease progression. By promoting a patient-provider relationship centered on evaluating and maintaining bladder function, rather than merely addressing symptoms, we ensure that every BPH patient can achieve their full clinical potential.

The primary focus of the CA role is to implement agreed-upon BPH pathways within the designated urology client practices while providing ongoing training and support to clinical staff, administrators, and physicians regarding procedures, products, and interpretation of results.

Success in this role will be evaluated based on key sales metrics, including the number of urologists utilizing SRS products, monthly volume, and the level of staff support within the targeted practice. The CA will cultivate essential internal relationships with SRS customer service and clinical education teams, along with the sales and marketing leadership. Additionally, the CA will actively engage in regional and national meetings and team calls to share clinical experiences and contribute to the enhancement of the CA strategy for improved SRS positioning.

  • Lead patient education initiatives within client offices.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly clinical reviews with customers, utilizing procedure data to demonstrate the application of SRS technologies with physicians and key clinical personnel.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams, sharing insights and knowledge to enhance company performance.
  • Uphold the company’s Vision, Mission, and Values.
  • Actively participate in regional meetings and team calls to share clinical insights.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of the CA role to improve customer experience and streamline the implementation of SRS technologies and pathways.
